Food Journal 8-14-11
Breakfast: blueberry pie and whipped topping
Snack: String Cheese
Lunch: Pork roast and a Granola bar
Snack: Banana and Almonds
Dinner: Meat Loaf (thanks Kris) and Potatoes with Cottage cheese instead of butter and salt
