Food Log 8-26-11

Breakfast: 2 packets of Kashi Oatmeal
Snack: Green Apple and Almonds
Lunch: Bagel, yogurt, peach
Snack: Yogurt, Banana
Dinner: Beef Stroganoff (this will repeat enough was made for a long time lol)
 small portion
