Food Log 8-30-11

Breakfast: Peanut butter bagel
Snack: Almonds
Lunch: two pieces of whole grain toast with Honey, yogurt, grapes
Snack: Yogurt, String Cheese
Dinner: 6 inch Subway italian sub loaded with veggies about 15 chips natural no sugar less than 5 ingredients
