Breakfast: Sausage egg biscuit
Lunch: two Ham and Cheese wraps
Snack: Yogurt and handful of bing cherries
Dinner: Meatloaf and potatoes ( I was really good on portion size, only one slice of meatloaf Pro3 ounces, and 3/4 cup maybe of mashed potatoes not even a tablespoon of butter) had some watermelon as well.
